Conscious Coaching

Conscious Coaching differs from life coaching in the understanding that a healthy life is built on a foundation of conscious choices and intentional living.

As a former Psychotherapist, I would assess my clients psychological concerns and provide a diagnosis, followed by a treatment plan and then begin psychotherapeutic treatment.

With coaching, I am working with healthy individuals that need support in a few areas due to stress, blocks or unknown blind-spots.  My practice includes an assessment of the issues, practical exercises to support change, follow-up sessions to ensure sustained progress and momentum, and continued support as needed.

The coaching that I provide is open to all and is NOT limited to the following: Relationship Coaching, Spiritual Life Coaching, Creative Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Psychedelic Integration Coaching and Executive Coaching.

For over 7 years, my specialization as a former psychotherapist was in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have worked with various relational issues for a multitude of relationships that includes: monogamous couples, polyamorous relationships, family relationships, friendships, and professional relationships. Ultimately the focus is understanding the struggles each individual in the relationship is struggling with and supporting all parties involved with the goal of learning and growing from the areas of concern.  In my experience, most humans want one thing through relationships, a healthy-respectful connection; someone to witness and mirror their unique individual experience. Spiritual Life Coaching involves the use of transpersonal psychology as a way to support the individual journey of the soul's development. Using multiple spiritual practices, we begin to better understand the areas where one may feel stuck or unbalanced.  I use multiple divination tools to look deeper into the energy of the situation at hand. Once we have clarity of the work to be performed, we form a plan that is suitable to your circumstance.  I continue to support you with practical and spiritual modalities that will create change in the desired areas. Spiritual coaching is meant to transform an individual to their highest potential or self-actualized state.  Tools and methods used may include:

Having the background of an artist myself, I have created practical systems to support the development of creative projects. With the use of my background in Psychology, I coach you to utilize the awareness of the psychological issues that may hinder progress and provide practical tools for support. Once we are able to manage our psychological symptoms, we can then proceed in developing strategies and methods to build our creative work and creator identity.  These tools, strategies and methods include:

  • Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) to remove creative blocks
  • Hypnotherapy to support the process of project progression
  • Rehabilitation strategies to remedy identity as an artist

Leadership coaching, which is sometimes referred to as business or executive coaching, is essentially about leadership. It’s about enhancing a person’s abilities and skills to lead and to help the organization meet its operational goals. It’s about boosting the individual’s ability to perform as a leader and to achieve the vision.

Leadership coaching can also address personal issues and address any areas that might be holding the person back from achieving career goals. The process can be helpful in providing the individual help with their personal growth, as well as improve their communication skills with others.

Understanding that the focus is to attain efficiency and increase productivity within your role as a leader, I blend your professional goals with your personal life goals to assist you in maximizing your overall satisfaction.  Many times when we focus only on our professional responsibilities, our personal lives suffer through health or failing of personal relationships.  I will coach you how to increase productivity in your professional life without sacrificing your personal life.  Common methods used include:

It’s relationship-focused because I am your partner in the change process. Our collaborative partnership will help us make the changes you want, the changes that achieve the right results for you and that fit with your personal values, interests, needs, and preferences.

The approach is strengths-based because it focuses on the skills, strengths, and resources you already have, what you have already been able to achieve, no matter how big or small the achievement, and the skills you want to develop. It’s not about blame, deficits, or what went wrong in the past.

I want to help my clients tap into all of their personal assets and build on even the smallest successes because that’s the fuel that nurtures change. Psychedelic experiences may provide insights, realizations, and profound sensations that can alter our perception and understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

Psychedelic integration is the process of honoring these sacred experiences with intentional meaning and understanding, allowing us to identify lessons that can be utilized in a practical way to enhance our life.

The evidence of a deep experience comes not only in the actual psychedelic experience, but in the implementation of these experiences into our everyday lives.
